Since TLink uses Bluetooth 4.0 Technology, your phone must have capability with Bluetooth 4.0. For iOS, TLink works with iOS 7.0+. Current device models are iPhone 4S and newer, and iPod Touch 5th gen and newer. For Android, you must have at least Android 4.3 along with any Bluetooth 4.0 capable device.

TLink does not work for Blackberry or Windows Phone as of this time. We hope to integrate Windows Phone in the near future.

Yes. The TLink receives the GPS signal from your smartphone and not the device itself. So, to get the most accurate yardage and to use the autohole feature, please keep your phone in your pocket

Stat tracking functionality is an in app purchase that costs:

Yes. All functionality (including yardages and pedometer) is included with the purchase of your TLink device. The only additional feature that is not free with the purchase of your TLink device is stat tracking functionality which is an optional feature you can decide to upgrade to at anytime.

Currently, the customization option is only available for custom orders. Minimums start at 48 unit orders and each TLink unit includes full customization of the wristband and packaging. For more information,

The TLink can be roughly 100 feet away your smartphone before it disconnects. However, we highly recommend you keep your smartphone in your pocket. If you need to leave that range, the TLink will automatically reconnect to your smartphone once it is in range.

The battery lasts about 5 rounds of golf while connected to Bluetooth. When you’re not golfing, you can use it as a stylish watch that will last about 4 days.

The TLink includes a micro USB charger cable. You can charge it through your computer or any USB powered charger (not included).

You will receive your TLink approximately one week after placing an order. If you choose express shipping, it will take about 2-3 business days.

During a round of golf, Tlink will use approximately 25% of your smartphones battery life, which is significantly less than only using an app and approximately 250 kb of data.

Yes! The TLink Watch has a removable skin so you can replace bands as you wish. You can even color match your TLink Watch to your golf apparel.

The TLink is not waterproof. While we do not recommend showering with your TLink, it is weather resistant for the golf course and may be used in the rain or humid conditions.

If for any reason you are not happy with your TLink, you can return the TLink within 30 days, hassle free. TLink warrants your products for one year from the date of original purchase.

TLink is able to wirelessly receive updates using the Bluetooth from your smartphone. If there are any updates available you will be notified by the TLink Golf App.
